Refund Policy

The Second Half Assessment includes a 7-day refund window on the initial purchase. Here's how it works.

The short version

If you decide within 7 days that the assessment isn't right for you, email support@theredeemedsecondhalf.com and we'll refund the purchase price.

A refund ends your access to the assessment, your profile, and check-ins. The monthly subscription that continues check-ins after Day 90 is separate and opt-in, never an automatic charge. You can cancel it anytime in account settings, and subscription payments already billed aren't refundable.

The Second Half Assessment includes a 7-day refund window on the initial purchase.

2. How to request a refund

If you decide within 7 days that this is not right for you, email support@theredeemedsecondhalf.com and we'll refund the purchase price. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Subscription payments

Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel anytime in account settings to prevent future charges.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase is the policy that applies to your refund request.
