The ground rules for using The Second Half Assessment. Plain English, because that's how we talk.
Last updated: April 17, 2026 · Effective: April 17, 2026
The Second Half Assessment is a structured self-assessment tool built on Vic Holtreman's framework, delivered through an AI interface. It's a personal growth tool, not therapy, not counseling, not a mental health service, not a crisis service.
You're interacting with AI, not Vic and not a person. The AI uses Vic's voice and framework — but Vic doesn't read every conversation in real time. He may review transcripts later to improve the tool.
You must be 18 or older. Don't use this if you're in acute crisis — use the resources on our Crisis Safety page instead.
The Second Half Assessment is operated by Warp 10 LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Warp 10 LLC. "You" means you, the person using the app.

A structured self-assessment across six life domains (Identity, Body, Money, Relationships, Faith, Future), built on Vic Holtreman's framework and delivered through an AI interviewer that speaks in Vic's voice. At the end, you get a personalized profile and a 90-day action plan.
It's comparable in nature to a self-help book, a journaling exercise, or a personal development course — delivered through a conversational interface.
By creating an account, you confirm you're at least 18 years old. If we learn a user is under 18, we'll terminate the account and delete the data.
The conversational interface is powered by AI language models from Anthropic. The AI isn't a person. It has no feelings, no consciousness, no memory of you between sessions beyond what's stored in your assessment.
The AI speaks in Vic Holtreman's voice and frames responses through his framework, based on his published writing and documented positions. It isn't Vic. It doesn't consult with Vic in real time.
The AI will identify itself as AI if you ask directly. It will never claim to be a human or a licensed professional.
You create an account with an email and a password. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email support@theredeemedsecondhalf.com.
Accounts are personal. Don't share credentials or let anyone else use your account.
Founding Member access is a one-time fee for the full assessment — your profile, your 90-day plan, and 90 days of check-ins — processed by Stripe. After Day 90, an optional monthly subscription keeps the interactive features active; without it your account stays view-only. We'll update these Terms before changing how billing works.
We don't store payment card information. All billing is handled through Stripe — see stripe.com/privacy.
You own what you write. Your answers during the assessment, and the profile generated from them, belong to you. These Terms don't transfer ownership to us.
What we do with it. You grant us a limited license to store your content, transmit it to the AI provider for response generation, and display it back to you. Vic Holtreman, as operator, may review assessment transcripts for the purpose of improving the AI interviewer and the framework itself. Transcripts are never sold, published, shared with third parties outside our service providers, or used for advertising.
AI training. Your content is not used to train AI models. Anthropic's commercial API terms confirm that data submitted through their API isn't used for model training.
Your responsibility. Don't enter content that violates any law, infringes on someone else's rights, or describes another identifiable person in ways that could harm them. You're responsible for what you write.
You agree not to:
AI responses can be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or occasionally inappropriate. The generated profile and 90-day plan reflect what the AI inferred from your answers — not a clinical assessment. Use your own judgment. If something in the output seems off, it probably is.
If the AI produces a response you believe is harmful or inappropriate, tell us: support@theredeemedsecondhalf.com.
This tool isn't appropriate as a primary resource for acute psychiatric crisis, active suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges, clinical mental health treatment, or trauma therapy under professional supervision. See our Crisis Safety page for resources.
Crisis line: 988 (call or text) in the US. Emergency: 911. International: iasp.info.
Your use of the tool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Read it.
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warp 10 LLC, its owners, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from your use of the tool.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@theredeemedsecondhalf.com. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. If we terminate you without cause and you've paid for a service you haven't received, we'll refund the unused portion.
We may update these Terms as the product grows. For material changes, we'll notify active users by email before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you the current version. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the tool will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
You and Warp 10 LLC agree that claims will only be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Crisis Safety page, are the complete agreement between you and Warp 10 LLC regarding the tool.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We can, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
